Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Selia Ekuiti Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Job Requirement:

1. Quantity Surveyor

- Prepare Quantity Take-Off from Drawings and Specification.

- Assist In Preparing BQ

- Measure Work Done on Site and Verify Subcontractor Claims

- Prepare Progress Claims & Payment Certs

- Monitor Project Cost 7 Budgets

- Assist In V.O Evaluation and Costing

- Prepare Final Accounts for Projects

2. Procurement

- Source suppliers and subcontractors

- Request and evaluate quotations

- Prepare comparison report for management approval

- Issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements

- Monitor material delivery schedules

- Coordinate with site and project teams regarding procurement requirements

-Maintain procurement records and supplier database

3. Contract Administration

- Assist in preparing tender documents and contract documents

- Review contract terms and conditions

- Monitor compliance with contractual requirements

- Manage correspondence related to contracts

- Assist in claims preparation and dispute resolution

- Track contract milestone, EOT, and variations

- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems

4. Cost Control & Reporting

- Prepare monthly cost reports

- Monitor project cash flow

- Compare actual costs against budget

- Identify cost saving opportunities

- Support project managers in financial planning and forecasting.

Job Requirement:

1. Degree In Quantity Surveyor and having construction management experiences.

2. Minimum 5-10 yrs of experience working with contractor.

3. Experience in hotel refurbishment projects will be an added advantage.

4. Strong knowledge of cost planning, cost control, contract administration, and final account management.

5. Proficient in quantity take-off, budgeting, tendering, and commercial management.

6. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
