Experience in procurement, costing, or supply chain management (preferably in construction/interior design/renovation).

Strong analytical skills for price comparison and cost evaluation.

Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred, with good communication in English and Malay.

Negotiation skills and vendor management experience.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and costing tools.

Source and evaluate suppliers for renovation materials and services.

Compare quotations and negotiate for the best pricing and terms.

Prepare cost estimates and assist in budgeting for renovation projects.

Manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.

Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and project expenses.

Assist with contracts, compliance paperwork, and project documentation.

Work closely with the design and site teams to align procurement with project requirements.
