Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or café operations.

Responsibilities
Daily Operations Support – Assist in planning and executing daily store operations to ensure service readiness and smooth workflow.
Team Development & Shift Management – Support the Manager in training, guiding, and supervising team members during shifts.
Guest Service & Quality Monitoring – Oversee service quality, speed, and guest satisfaction on the floor, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Inventory & Cost Control – Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and minimizing wastage while supporting sales growth initiatives.
Compliance & Communication – Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and audit standards, and act as a communication link between management and team members.
