Qualifications & Experience

● Minimum 1–3 years of experience in printing , advertising or related field is required.

● B2B sales experience (handling SME or corporate clients) is required.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

● Fluent in English and Mandarin to deal with customer.

● Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customer.

● Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts effectively.

● Able to work independently and as part of a team.

● Own transport is required.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving revenue growth by introducing and closing sales for the company’s offline advertising & promotional solutions . This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and solution-oriented selling. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and passionate about helping businesses enhance their brand visibility through impactful media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

● Actively prospect, meet, and engage SME business owners to promote SBS’s advertising solutions.

● Introduce and present offline advertising & promotional solutions covers flyer distribution, banners, stickers, and physical marketing materials tailored to client needs.

● Follow-up and close leads generated from marketing campaigns or personal networking.

● Meet and submit daily, monthly, and annual KPIs as set by the management.

Client Relationship Management

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

● Understand client objectives and propose effective advertising strategies and packages.

● Provide timely after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Operations & Reporting

● Update CRM/sales sheets daily to ensure accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and performance.

● Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the team leader.

● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Collaboration & Team Support

● Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of advertising projects.

● Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and client experience.
