Position Overview

We are hiring a Project Coordinator / Site Coordinatorto support construction project execution, including documentation, contractor coordination, and site progress tracking. This role is ideal for candidates with exposure toconstruction, renovation, A and A works, or fit-out projects, and who are comfortable handling multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

• Coordinate project documentation for site meetings, submissions, testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors on material submissions and shop drawings.

• Support construction project coordination for renovation, A and A works, and fit-out projects.

• Monitor and follow up on site progress and project updates.

• Assist Project Manager in tracking project timelines and deliverables.

• Maintain proper project documentation and records.

• Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Perform ad-hoc project coordination and administrative tasks.
