Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams.

Responsible for preparing documentation, and data entry.

Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Handle daily administrative and operational support tasks.

Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.

Monitor bakery inventory, stock levels, and purchase orders.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.

Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense records.

Support staff scheduling, attendance, and leave record management.

Ensure operational documents are updated and properly filed.

Coordinate with production and outlet teams to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in managing order fulfillment and delivery arrangements.

Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
