Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in facade engineering, design, and construction, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software, specifically Rhino 3D, for complex geometry and design development.

Advanced skills in AutoCAD for detailed design, drafting, and coordination of facade systems.

Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions for facade systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with architects, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

Strong understanding of facade materials, construction techniques, building physics (thermal performance, acoustics, moisture control), and relevant building codes and standards.

Experience with facade design software and analysis tools (e.g., finite element analysis) is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is highly advantageous for communication with local teams and stakeholders.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative facade systems, ensuring structural integrity, weather resistance, and aesthetic compliance with project specifications and building codes.

Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction administration, to ensure seamless integration of facade solutions.

Utilize advanced 3D modeling software, including Rhino 3D and AutoCAD, to create detailed facade designs, perform complex analyses, and generate accurate construction documentation.

Conduct thorough technical reviews of facade designs, shop drawings, and material submittals, identifying potential issues and proposing effective solutions to mitigate risks.

Oversee the procurement and installation of facade materials and systems, ensuring quality control, adherence to specifications, and timely completion of milestones.

Provide expert technical guidance and problem-solving support to site teams, addressing any challenges that arise during the construction phase and ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, effectively communicating technical information and project progress to all stakeholders.
