Minimum 5 years’ experience in a workshop management or foreman role.

Strong knowledge of vehicles and service procedures.

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proactive, responsible and teamwork.

Supervise and manage the workshop team to ensure efficient service operations.

Monitor service quality and maintain compliance with Perodua standards.

Coordinate with customers, service advisors, and management for timely service delivery.

Train and mentor workshop technicians to improve skills and productivity.

Maintain proper records of services and customer feedback
