Good communication skills (Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia)

Candidates must possess at least SPM

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Serving meals and drinks to customers in a timely manner

Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all time at workstation and of outlet

Provides courteous service to guest and respond promptly to guests’ inquiries, complaints or requests

Follow all relevant health department regulations

Maintains a friendly, pleasant and neat image to guests

Always check personal hygiene and be well-groomed in appearance.
