1. 5–10 years of iOS development experience; proficient in Swift (familiarity with Objective-C is a plus);

2. Proficient in UIKit/SwiftUI, Combine, concurrency, networking and persistence, and MVVM/VIPER;

3. Familiar with App Store submission, certificate signing, Fastlane automation, and staged rollouts;

4. Experience leading modules or teams; able to independently design technical solutions;

5. Must have experience with AI-assisted development; proficient in using GPT and Claude to assist with coding, refactoring, debugging, and documentation;

6. Good command of English and Mandarin.

Bonus Points

• Proficiency with the full suite of SwiftUI tools and cross-platform development (Flutter/KMP);

• In-depth experience with CI/CD and AI programming tools such as Cursor and Copilot.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the architecture, development, and iteration of iOS apps, ensuring quality and user experience;

2. Collaborate with product and design teams to implement requirements and integrate with backend APIs;

3. Lead performance, memory, and launch time optimization efforts, and resolve crashes and lag;

4. Participate in the design of technical solutions, develop reusable components, and mentor team members.
