- Minimum SPM qualification or above
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel / Word)
- Skills: Good communication and customer service skills
- Language Required: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Responsible, positive attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Experience in customer service or admin field will be an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Handle daily document filing and data entry tasks
- Update customer information, order records, and basic inventory records
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms
- Manage customer orders, reservations, takeaway, and delivery arrangements
- Follow up on customer complaints and feedback professionally
- Introduce products, menus, and ongoing promotions to customers
- Ensure excellent customer experience for both online and walk-in customers
- Assist with general administrative and operational support when required
