Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in the printing, signage, advertising, or production industry is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of printing processes, materials, and production workflow is preferred.

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering quality work.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Willing to learn and adapt to new production processes and equipment.

Possess a positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong sense of responsibility.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).

Able to coordinate with suppliers, installers, and production staff.

Experience in scheduling production and monitoring project progress.

Knowledge of large format printing, UV printing, laser cutting, CNC, or signage production is an added advantage.

Able to read production drawings and job specifications.

Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Prepare job sheets and production instructions for the production team.

Coordinate with the sales and design departments to ensure job requirements are clearly communicated.

Monitor production progress and ensure quality standards are met.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for materials, fabrication, and outsourced services.

Plan and arrange production materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.

Perform quality checks on finished products before delivery or installation.

Coordinate delivery and installation schedules with the logistics and installation teams.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient production materials are available.

Resolve production issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction.

Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.

Prepare production reports and update job status regularly.

Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Management.
