Full Time Teacher / Interventionist ( Based in Sendayan) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,800 in SOTC Play & Development Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Education: Diploma / Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field.

Experience: Preferably 1–3 years of experience teaching children with special needs. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compassionate, patient, and able to engage with children across a range of abilities.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s developmental and learning goals.

Deliver one-on-one and small group teaching sessions for students with special needs.

Use play-based and multi-sensory teaching strategies to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

Track and assess students’ progress, adapting teaching plans as needed.

Collaborate closely with therapists and caregivers to ensure a consistent support system.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment.

Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and IEP documentation.

Support life skills, behavior management, and social-emotional development.
