Proficient in basic data organization and management using Excel or Google Sheets.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling day-to-day operational tasks.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Able to communicate in basic Mandarin and English.

Assist the live streaming or e-commerce operations team with daily operational tasks.

Assist in organizing and updating operational data, including live stream performance and sales reports.

Support pre-live stream preparations, such as product listings and organizing relevant materials.

Coordinate and assist with basic tasks during live streams while maintaining communication with the team.

Prepare reports and perform basic data analysis to support operational decision-making.
