Full Time Foreman/Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,100 + overtime in Jade Marketing & Machineries Selangor - Maukerja

Experience in construction industry machinery & equipment maintenance, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.

Identifying equipment malfunction and coordinating repairs to minimize production downtime.

Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards to ensure the highest level of workmanship.

Responsible for the programming of jobs assigned and completed on time.

Knowledge of safety management practices and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Apprentice is welcome and training and practical experience will provide.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of machinery technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.

Diagnose and troubleshoot and malfunctions, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery & equipment, including testing, calibration, and component replacement, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and providing training to technicians to promote a safe working environment.

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that machine & equipment work meets established standards and specifications.

Manage inventory of spare part components and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage to support ongoing projects and maintenance activities.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering their professional development and enhancing their technical skills.
