- Experience in TikTok Live, livestream selling, retail sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive personality with strong presentation skills.
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident.
- Fast learner with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Host TikTok live streaming sessions according to the assigned schedule.
- Introduce and demonstrate products professionally and confidently.
- Interact with viewers by answering questions and responding to comments in real time.
- Build strong engagement and maintain a lively atmosphere throughout the live session.
- Achieve sales targets, viewer retention, and engagement KPIs.
- Prepare and understand product knowledge before each live session.
- Plan and practice live scripts together with the operation team.
- Collaborate with the Live Operation, Content, and Marketing teams to improve live performance.
- Participate in product photoshoots, promotional videos, and marketing campaigns when required.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to continuously improve hosting techniques.
- Ensure compliance with TikTok platform guidelines and company SOPs.
- Complete post-live reports and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
