Full Time IT Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Zaques Hotel (M) WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in IT support or related role.

Experience in hotel IT operations will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, software troubleshooting, CCTV, Wi-Fi, printer, and system support.

Able to work independently and respond quickly to operational issues.

Good communication skills and able to coordinate with different departments.

Responsible, proactive, hands-on, and willing to support hotel operations when required.

Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.

Provide daily IT support for hotel operations including Front Office, Sales, Admin, HR, Finance, and other departments.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, internet, Wi-Fi, CCTV, telephone system, and basic network issues.

Monitor and maintain hotel IT equipment including computers, laptops, printers, POS, network devices, and related systems.

Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hotel systems and user access.

Liaise with external IT vendors, system providers, and service contractors when required.

Ensure data backup, system security, and IT documentation are properly maintained.

Support IT requirements for meetings, events, and hotel operations when needed.

Maintain inventory records for all IT equipment and assets.

Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by Management.
