Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or a science-related discipline.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical sectors.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and clinic administrators.
In-depth understanding of the aesthetic or regenerative medicine industry, including market trends, key players, and product applications.
Existing professional network within the medical or aesthetic field in Malaysia is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the regenerative and anti-aging solutions market.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential clients, including clinics, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling NuCell's innovative products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, effectively communicating the scientific benefits and value proposition of NuCell's biotechnology-driven solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the aesthetic and regenerative medicine sectors to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
Collaborate with the marketing and R&D teams to provide market feedback, identify customer needs, and contribute to the development of new products and marketing materials.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through effective pipeline management and closing techniques.
