Have a deep interest and understanding of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and the latest trends.

Basic skills in content creation (images, short videos, writing) are an advantage.

Able to conduct basic market research to understand customers and competitors.

Have good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Able to work in a team and independently.

Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and have high creativity.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Open to assignments in the Ulu Tiram, Johor office.

Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create compelling and relevant content, including social media posts, blog articles, and basic graphic design elements, to support marketing campaigns.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for the company.

Support the marketing team in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns, both online and offline.

Collaborate with team members on digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing and website content updates.

Help analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for future strategy adjustments.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
