Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Molicc System Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM/ Diploma in any field, technical or engineering qualification is an advantage

At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety standards

Physically fit and able to work on the production floor

Able to work shift hours (if any required)

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage

Supervise and lead production workers to meet daily output targets and delivery schedules

Plan, assign, and coordinate daily work activities on the production floor

Monitor production progress and report output, downtime, and issues to the Production Manager

Ensure all products meet quality standards; conduct checks and address non-conformances promptly

Enforce workplace safety rules and ensure compliance with OSH regulations at all times

Coordinate with maintenance team on machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance scheduling.
