Proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin is a MUST (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).

Open to all genders, minimum qualification: Diploma holder or above.

Familiar with social media and short-form video platforms, especially TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Good reporting, communication, and presentation skills.

Able to work flexible hours and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 1 year of experience in New Media Operations, Digital Marketing, or a related field, with hands-on experience in advertising campaigns.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance across TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and other digital platforms.

Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), engagement rates, and conversion rates, andprovide actionable recommendations based on data insights.

Analyze advertising performance, user behavior, and content effectiveness to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, platform growth, and key business metrics to management and relevant stakeholders.

Work closely with the Operations Team to develop and optimize data-driven strategies, improve campaign performance, and support business growth objectives.
