• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Organised and able to multitask

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic computer systems

• Interest in healthcare, psychology, or child development is a bonus

Welcoming and assisting parents and children at the clinic

Managing WhatsApp enquiries and appointment scheduling

Supporting front desk and daily clinic operations

Assisting with registration, documentation, and administrative tasks

Coordinating schedules with doctors, psychologists, and therapists

Supporting workshops, events, and customer engagement activities

Helping create a smooth and positive patient experience

Stock management and inventory count
