Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

• Familiar with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with high-volume transactions.

• Knowledge of banking operations, payment gateways, or e-wallet reconciliations.

• Experience in process improvement or automation.

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Operations Executive to support our daily finance operations. You will be responsible for processing payments, performing account reconciliations, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate financial records. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily payments and collections.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy.

• Liaise with banks, vendors, and clients on payment-related matters.

• Prepare regular finance reports for management.

• Maintain proper financial records and documentation.

• Assist with month-end closing activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and finance procedures.
