Requirements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their advertising and printing needs.
Actively generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and industry events, to expand the client base.
Effectively present and sell advertising and printing solutions, highlighting the unique value propositions of MO Advertising Sdn Bhd.
Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with the internal production team to ensure client projects are delivered on time and to satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-sale, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new advertising/printing technologies to offer informed solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and clienteling strategies.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia with diverse clientele and internal teams.
Responsibilities

Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of MO Advertising Sdn Bhd's services to potential clients.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company profitability goals.
Collaborate with the internal marketing and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of advertising campaigns and printing orders, exceeding client expectations.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in advertising and printing to identify opportunities for service enhancement and competitive advantage.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to closing deals and post-sale follow-up, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and maintain accurate records.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively managing a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
