Full Time Junior Buyer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,400 in SRKay Consulting Group WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Job Summary:
The buyer is responsible for independently handling vendor-related tasks, including setting up

new parts, creating and adjusting purchase orders, maintaining costs, and updating estimated

time of arrival (ETA). This role will need to interface with vendors to obtain order status and

with the Supply Chain Program Manager to stay updated on the latest need by dates. Hg/Shg

will also promptly escalate any issues or problems to the management team.

 Job requirement

• Education background: Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields (or equivalent experience)

• Fluent oral and written English & Mandarin

• At least two years' work experience in the field of procurement

• Teamwork and collaboration: Knowledge & skills required to genuinely work cooperatively with others, to be part of a team, or to work together towards achieving desired results, clarify goals and roles and issues as well

• Customer focus: Knowledge and skills required to discover and meet the customer's needs, including the desire to help or serve others and ability to foster and create business relationships with internal and extemal customers

• Creativity: Ability to initiate new ideas and concepts to improve workflow and efficiency based on the-knowledge and experiences

• Strong coordination and organization ability required for solving any problems on business and among team members

• Price change (POCV)

• Warehouse discrepancy (CWS)

• Material Transfer

• MT follow up

• Report fulfillment

• Issue resolution across PO lifecycle, logistics coordination, and fulfillment processes
