We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting and human resource functions for our Ipoh outlets and event hall. This position will work closely with the HQ Finance and HR teams in Kuala Lumpur to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance, and accurate financial and employee records.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Process supplier invoices and payments.
- Monitor customer collections and outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Handle petty cash management and expense claims.
- Assist in budgeting and cost monitoring.
- Liaise with HQ Finance Team, auditors, bankers, and external parties when required.
- Ensure all financial records are updated accurately and timely.
Human Resources
- Handle the full spectrum of HR administration and operations.
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations, and employee records.
- Prepare HR letters and employment-related documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and interview arrangements.
- Assist with employee disciplinary matters and documentation when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Payroll Administration
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Ensure accurate statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Maintain payroll records and employee payroll files.
- Liaise with HQ HR and Finance teams regarding payroll matters.
Coordination & Reporting
- Act as the key liaison between Ipoh operations and HQ Finance and HR departments.
- Prepare monthly HR and finance reports.
- Ensure all reports and documentation are submitted within required timelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
- Experience handling full set accounts is required.
- Experience processing payroll independently is required.
- Knowledge of Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and payroll regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using accounting and payroll systems is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
