HR & Admin Executive (Foreign Worker Management)
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3000 (Based on experience)
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR & Administration
- Experience in managing foreign workers will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Employment Act, foreign worker regulations, and HR practices
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Possess a positive attitude and good organizational skills
Job Responsibilities
Human Resource
- Manage recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and disciplinary matters
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents
- Coordinate employee training and maintain training records
- Assist in performance appraisal and KPI evaluation processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- To process and checking monthly payroll & Advance by updating leave application into the system (Finger Tec TCMS V3 and SQL Payroll) – both Cheng & AG branch
- Any other ad-hoc tasks such as required by the management for both Cheng & AG branch
Foreign Worker Management
- Coordinate foreign worker recruitment and onboarding process
- Monitor and maintain foreign worker documentation including passports, work permits, visas, and PLKS renewals
- Arrange and coordinate FOMEMA medical examinations
- Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and employment agencies
- Manage foreign worker hostel accommodation, welfare, and discipline
- Ensure compliance with all foreign worker regulatory requirements
Administration
- Manage daily administrative operations and office documentation
- Maintain filing systems and company records
- Coordinate company licenses, insurance, and renewal matters
- Handle office supplies and administrative purchases
- Support ISO, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and other compliance documentation where applicable
- Organize meetings, staff activities, and company events
- Prepare monthly HR & Admin reports for management review
Authority related matters
· To liaise with government authorities such as JTK, KPDNKK, MBMB, BOMBA, IMIGRESEN, KKM, MITI, KWSP, PERKESO for company related matters. – both Cheng & AG branch
· To take part and assist in government site visit inspection. – both Cheng & AG branch
· To apply grant approval for HRDF claim for Training Courses.
