Full Time Sheetmetal Technician (aerospace) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,803 in ORIENTAL AVIATION INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Selangor - Maukerja

Working location : Singapore, Seletar
6 months contract, renewable/ convertible to perm

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, repair, and install aircraft sheet metal structures and components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and technical specifications.
• Perform structural repairs on aircraft fuselage, wings, nacelles, flight control surfaces, and other airframe components.
• Measure, cut, bend, drill, countersink, and fit sheet metal materials using approved tools and equipment.
• Install rivets, fasteners, doublers, brackets, and structural assemblies.
• Replace damaged aircraft skin panels and structural components.
• Carry out blending, trimming, deburring, and finishing work to aviation standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality requirements and airworthiness regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow company safety procedures and aviation regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and other maintenance personnel to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain housekeeping of work areas and ensure tools are properly calibrated and maintained.

Requirements:

-Releveant structural repair experience.
-Experience working on commercial aircrafts.
