Full Time DRAUGHTMAN-DRAFTER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in TOPAZ JAYA SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Develop comprehensive as-built drawings based on redline markups, site measurements, and construction modifications to reflect the final built conditions.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and QA/QC teams to gather accurate data for drafting and documentation.
• Maintain and organize a complete record of drawings revisions, ensuring traceability and version control.
• Compile and include relevant project details such as dimensions, elevation references, and location coordinates.
• Ensure drawings incorporate materials specifications, construction notes, and references to applicable codes and standards.
• Prepare detailed materials take-offs and support the procurement team with quantity and specification summaries.
• Cross-check drawings with project specification, bill of quantity (BoQ) and approved design documents.
• Participate in site visit to validate field conditions and collect measurement data as needed.
• Support the preparation of shop drawings for subcontractors and assist in drawing coordination across disciplines.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
