Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.30pm
Job Scope
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers
• Handle product quality issues, failure analysis, and prepare reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Support quality improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Manage defect containment and quality-related issues
Requirements
• Min. Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• Experience in customer support, quality, project, or program management within manufacturing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on technical knowledge is an advantage
• Semiconductor or precision engineering experience preferred
