Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and accurate.

Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and provide necessary documentation to external auditors.

Support tax preparation activities, including gathering relevant financial data and ensuring compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel proficiently for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and address any discrepancies.

Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.

Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
