Requirements
Diploma-No Limit
- Language Required: Chinese, Malay, English
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- With at least 3~4 years of working experience, preferably from Trading field
Responsibilities
- Computer literate and familiar with SQL Financial Accounting, include GST reconciliations & submission
- Responsible to oversee daily operations of the company's accounts matters
- Manage proper full set accounting transactions, which include data entry, preparation of monthly statement, reconciliation and expenses analysis
- Handle all AP queries from suppliers and other departments
- Liaise with AR, processing of cash & cheques received and monitoring the AR’s aging report
- To assist in preparation of financial report
- Able to work independently of diligence and motivation
