Preferably STPM/Cert with relevant experience.
Prior admin/sales support role is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Handle post-sales tasks: Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales support.
Process orders: Take orders via POS and manage related administrative paperwork.
Monitor order progress: Manage orders from placement to final fulfillment
Plan logistics: Coordinate daily delivery schedules and shipment
Manage inventory: Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate warehouse records.
