Full Time Purchasing Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Globinaco Sabah - Maukerja

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

• Minimum three (3) years working experience, preferably in road or building construction field

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong work ethics

• Being thorough in work details and able to handle pressure.

• Ability to converse and write in multiple languages is an added advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To coordinate with district offices and staffs on purchase requisition, purchase order and other purchasing matters

• To source quotation and prepare comparison for every purchase requisition

• To source for new supplier and also carry out evaluation & qualification of supplier

• To follow the standard operating procedure and maintain proper record of Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order

• To assist in ensuring timely submission of all invoices and delivery orders to Accounts Department.

• To prepare and issue purchase order and follow up with supplier on delivery

• To track orders and ensure timely delivery & maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing

• Liaise with supplier on rejected items, arrange for replacement & act on claims for loss / damage goods including warranty claims.

• To arrange for inspection on purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.

• To maintain proper records of purchases, quotation, supplier information and documentations.

• To ensure store is properly managed and arranged, clean and tidy at all times

• To do any other jobs and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior
