We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Director to lead our overall marketing direction, brand growth, and revenue-focused campaigns.
This role is responsible for planning, leading, and executing marketing strategies across online and offline channels, managing the marketing team, and working closely with the Founder/Directors to drive sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a doer — someone who can build systems, lead people, and still get hands-on when needed.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
* Proven track record in building and scaling brands or businesses
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and branding
* Experience managing teams, agencies, and external partners
* Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Leadership
* Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies aligned with business goals
* Translate business targets into clear marketing roadmaps and KPIs
* Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team (digital, content, design, partnerships, etc.)
* Work closely with Directors to advise on brand positioning, expansion plans, and new products

2. Brand & Growth Management
* Own overall brand image, tone, and positioning across all platforms
* Plan and oversee brand campaigns, and seasonal promotions
* Identify growth opportunities, new customer segments, and market trends
* Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

3. Digital Marketing & Performance
* Oversee paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), SEO, social media, and content strategy
* Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and marketing funnels
* Optimize marketing spend to ensure maximum return on investment
* Set up tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making processes

* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (KOLs, agencies, media, designers)
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear objectives
* Drive creative marketing ideas while maintaining commercial effectiveness
