Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Change and Release Management within enterprise IT environments.
Ability to work according to Indonesia business hours and public holiday schedules.
Strong knowledge of Change and Release Management principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Proven experience in establishing, implementing, and governing Change and Release processes and procedures.
Proficiency in managing and controlling software and hardware configuration changes.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Change and Release Management modules.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and commitment to service excellence.
ITIL Certification is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Change and Release Management support for the Indonesia Business Unit, including managing and reviewing changes submitted to the Indonesia Change Advisory Board (CAB).
Provide support for Change Advisory Board activities across other business units and regions as required.
Evaluate existing Change and Release Management processes and implement industry best-practice frameworks that align with the organization's global policies, standards, and governance requirements.
Drive awareness and adoption of structured Change Management practices by collaborating with Service Management teams to ensure consistent process execution and compliance.
Lead the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow as the standard Change and Release Management platform.
Ensure all Change and Release activities comply with established documentation, approval, deployment, and governance standards for both project-related and BAU (Business-as-Usual) changes.
Facilitate CAB review meetings with key IT and Operational Excellence stakeholders, ensuring changes are appropriately assessed, authorized, and communicated.
Enforce the use of application management tools for software dependency management, version control, and configuration management.
Identify potential risks and issues associated with change requests and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are implemented by project and support teams.
Manage and resolve Change and Release-related escalations in a timely manner.
Prepare and present periodic Change and Release status reports to IT and Operational Excellence management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Change and Release Management effectiveness and operational efficiency.
