Requirements
1. Professional Kitchen Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef or Commis in a professional restaurant, hotel, or fine dining kitchen. Experience in Korean or Asian cuisine is an advantage.
1. Strong Culinary Skills
Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, and maintaining consistency while following recipes, SOPs, and high-quality presentation standards.
1. Professionalism & Work Ethic
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards, and demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow.
4. Able to work in Non Halal Restaurant
Responsibilities
1. Prepare & Cook Food
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items consistently according to company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
1. Maintain Kitchen Operations
Ensure cleanliness, food safety, stock rotation, and proper handling of ingredients while maintaining an organised workstation.
1. Support Service & Kitchen Team
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, work efficiently during service, and contribute to a productive and collaborative team environment.
