Requirements

  • • Minimum qualification: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent

  • • Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation

  • • Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  • • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • • Prior experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to passengers onboard in a timely and professional manner

• Provide friendly, attentive, and customer-focused service at all times

• Handle cashless payment transactions accurately and efficiently

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards

• Assist in the preparation, stocking, and replenishment of onboard supplies

• Support daily onboard operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery
