Requirements

  • Mandarin Speaker

  • Min Education Requirement : Diploma

  • At least 1 Year working experience in related field

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  • Aggressive and committed to work, willing to learn

  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility

  • Good Personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work

  • Able to start within short period

  • Self transport

  • Strong organizational and communication skill

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Handle administration tasks such as organising documents, data entry, photostat and scanning jobs

  • Customer relationship management of company supplier

  • General Support to financial advisors of the company

  • Complete ad hoc task given from superior

  • Office supplies purchasing
