Requirements
Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or administrative role.
Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, inspecting, and documenting inventory.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant warehouse data.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
Assist with stocktaking and cycle counting procedures.
