Full Time Outlet Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 in Twinspire Ventures WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Must have own transport to workplace

Willing to work late nights

Cooperative in case of emergencies outside working hours

Preferably with prior experience as an outlet supervisor

Able to speak clearly and professionally with clients, customers, and suppliers

Possess mindset of urgency, critical thinking, and decision-making when needed

Basic knowledge of food and shop management: food handling, food bacteria, foodborne diseases, and proper arrangement of items according to Ministry of Health (KKM) specifications

Working Hour

9 hours per day (2 shifts)

6 days per week

1 day off

Shift 1: 10am – 7pm

Shift 2: 7pm – 4am

Replace cashier or staff on leave if needed

Ensure shop phone is answered and managed properly

Handle and manage ordering of supplies

Represent manager at government departments (e.g., MBPJ/PBT) when required

Manage staff and staff attendance (thumbprint system)

Manage and organize daily shop operations smoothly, lead staff under supervision, and give clear instructions

Manage shop sales money

Handle cashier closing for each shift

Train new cashier staff

Recruit Malaysian workers if needed or when vacancies arise

Manage shop filing and utilities including waste disposal, sewage, Indah Water, Syabas (water), TNB (electricity), internet, etc.
