Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in construction OIL & Gas project management.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project objectives are met.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
