Requirements
* Minimum SPM (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Malaysian / local only
* Friendly, cheerful, positive, and willing to learn
* Conversable in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (preferred)
* Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
* Able to multitask in a busy environment
* Own transport required
* Willing to work 5.5 days/week (including weekends, off on weekday)
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude
* Manage appointment scheduling
* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient follow-ups
* Assist with registration, billing, and daily clinic operations
* Support chiropractors & physiotherapists in patient flow
* Maintain front desk organization and basic clinic tidiness
* Bonus: Assist with simple social media posting
