Job Description

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in the F&B industry.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • This position is open to Mandarin speakers who are Malaysian only, as the nature of the business is non-halal.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.

  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.

  • Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring timely ordering of supplies.

  • Handle customer inquiries and reservations over the phone, email, and in person.

  • Assist with customer complaints and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate staff schedules and shifts, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.

  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

  • Maintain effective internal communication with all staff members.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant legislation.

  • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leave, and payroll.

  • Assist the restaurant manager with various tasks and projects as needed.

  • Provide administrative support for marketing and promotional activities.
