Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the Directors & Manager in managing human resource functions across multiple clinic branches. This role is responsible for overseeing employee management, ensuring smooth HR operations, and maintaining discipline and compliance within the organisation. The ideal candidate is organised, people-focused, and capable of handling multi-branch workforce coordination in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented across all branches
2. Employee Management (Multi-Branch Oversight)
- Oversee and coordinate staff across all clinic branches (ECTO Clinic & Skynara Clinic)
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to the Director
- Support branch supervisor in manpower planning and scheduling
3. Employee Discipline & Compliance
- Enforce company policies, rules, and code of conduct
- Handle disciplinary matters including misconduct, absenteeism, and performance issues
- Conduct investigations, issue warning letters, and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and healthcare regulations
4. Recruitment & Talent Management
- Coordinate hiring processes including job postings, screening, and interviews
- Support onboarding and training of new employees
- Assist in employee development and retention initiatives
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Address employee concerns and provide HR advisory support
- Promote a positive and professional working environment
- Organise internal communications and staff engagement activities
6. Reporting & Support to Director
- Provide regular HR reports (attendance, turnover, disciplinary cases, etc.)
- Assist the Director in strategic HR planning and decision-making
- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience (experience in healthcare/clinic setting is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices
- Good interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple branches and handle sensitive matters professionally
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
