Experience in Malaysian cuisine, kopitiam or nasi campur
Able to manage a small kitchen team
Understand food costing and stock control
Able to work under pressure during peak hours
Positive attitude with leadership qualities
Knowledge of food hygiene (Typhoid & Food Handler Certificate preferred)
