* Over 4 years of QS experience in construction project preference and hands-on expertise

in shoplot projects with main contractor

*Experienced in managing main contractor claims and overseeing subcontractor payment processes

* Conducting site measurements and preparing valuation orders to support accurate project costing and progress claims

* Issuance of purchase orders and work orders

* Material sourcing and conducting pricing comparisons

* Managing worker payroll through Kong Card

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
