Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Administrative roles.
Excellent languages skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to ensure smooth communication with clients and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer interactions professionally.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary liaison for VIP partners delivering timely, accurate, and professional responses to all inquiries.
• Foster strong, long-term partnerships through consistent engagement, trust-building communication, and proactive relationship management.
• Communicate updates, promotions, product information, and key announcements to VIP partners to ensure alignment and support business growth.
• Review and verify new Partners applications, ensuring proper onboarding and accurate setup in accordance with company structure, policies, and compliance standards.
• Manage and resolve urgent requests from VIP partners, including matters related to accounts, trading activities, withdrawals, commissions, and system issues.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Dealing, and IT teams to ensure efficient case resolution and seamless partner experience.
• Ensure all VVVIP partners activities adhere to internal policies, partnership agreements, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and escalate any suspicious behaviour or high-risk trading activities to the CM for immediate attention.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold data protection standards in all partner interactions.
