Job Description

Requirements

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information.

  • Receive, unpack, and display new merchandise.

  • Replenish stock on shelves and ensure product availability.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

  • Unloading and Upload goods to vehicle of supplier and customer

  • Support inventory management through regular stock counts and checks.

  • Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional manner.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets.

  • Ensure a welcoming and positive shopping environment for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and provide information about packaging solutions.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible.

  • Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory, verifying quantities against purchase orders.

  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the supervisor to facilitate timely reordering.

  • Support with basic inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stocktaking.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
