• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, IT, or related fields

• Fresh grads welcome – trainings provided

• Good communication and people skills

• Comfortable using online tools (e.g. MS Teams)

• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks

• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Familiar with various job portals (JobStreet, Foundit, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of IT roles is a bonus

• Able to work both independently and in a team

• Support recruiters and IT account managers with hiring tasks

• Arrange and join online interviews

• Review and shortlist candidates

• Keep candidate info updated

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Follow up with candidates on next steps

• Write interview notes and feedback

• Help with onboarding

• Handle basic admin work (e.g. documents, contracts)

• Help with recruitment works e.g. sourcing for candidates

• To be discussed upon shortlisted.
